May Almighty God rain down his blessings on all of you, especially the donor, and heal your great-grandson and make him whole. I ask this in the Holy Name of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen.

Thank you all so very much.
The donor went into surg at 10 a.m. Her liver was not taken to the baby until 4:30 p.m.
There must have been complications.
We are still waiting anxiously for news.
Everyone, keep on praying.

Dad had a pretty good night. We are going to try to wean him off the ventilator. No renal failure spotted creatinine levels are 4 and treating with fluids. If he does go on dialysis it will be temporary. We are not out of the woods yet but very helpful. Thank you for your continued prayers. Our family feels them and appreciate them!

Update : Dad is doing a lot better and the ventilator is out. He is lucid and crackng jokes with a little bit of short memory loss. We are not of the woods yet and still need your prayers. Thank you so much. We have felt your prayers.

Update....alot later. Dad survived his pulmonary embolism and multi system organ failure and was Air ambulanced from his vacation home in Sarasota, FL to Little Rock, AR with his family. After a few weeks of rehab, he is healthy enough to have his Roux-en-y procedure and "whipple" procedure to address PDAC.
See continued thread here.
