Where is Ramsees (as a person) mentioned in the Bible? As for Moses, “rejected”? Hardly. The Almighty even says that He will cause Israel to have faith IN MOSES, and they eventually do. Moses is the most revered man in Judaism.

Rameses II was Pharaoh during Moses' time. This is clearly established in history. The Bible is only one source of history, although it's the Word of God for all theological matters.
In any case, Moses was rejected by Israel. They grumbled, complained, rebelled and even tried to have him removed. He was rejected by Israel his whole life. He wasn't revered until long after his own generation passed away. Kind of like Jesus, huh?
