I was thinking the same thing earlier today until it dawned on me that Obama and his minions have been orchestrating the unrest in the black community while criticizing law enforcement across the board in an effort to move toward federalizing all US law enforcement. Once that happens, Obama will have a civilian law enforcement corps that is just as large and well funded (and equipped) as the US military.
JMHO.
Given their shooting skills and security, these should be looked at as pre-staged resources for the good guys side.
Actually, I believe it roasted and killed all the guys in that APC.

The official name is National Civilian Community Corps.

I have little doubt that there is funding for this program in the just-passed CRomnibus bill. Thanks, Speaker Boehner and Majority Leader Reid.

I assume the vehicle is sealed against such an attack, with protected air intakes and the like.
If not, then that is a different outcome completely.
