And in what percentage of these arrests was a morbily obese large man resisting arrest by merely refusing to comply? Less than .01%? Only one single incident? After NYPD ends up paying a boatload to this man's family I bet they revise their procedures.

I’m not sure what your point is. You aren’t going to judge someone’s physical health when you’re locking them up. The NYPD had paid out over $500,000,000 over the last 5 years to settle cases. So I don’t think this case is going to break any new ground.
