Anti-racism in form of language control is nothing but a leftist way to find a noble entry to language control in general. All the political correctness is factually about this
I have learned from my life experience, that those who determine what, and who is racist are closet racists themselves. Instead of facing up to their own bigoted attitudes, they need to project them on others. Is it guilt? Some kind of superiority complex? A need to pander to and ingratiate themselves with people they perceive to be oppressed in order to soothe their fragile egos? I sense all of that in the vast majority of White agitiators and troublemakers in the Ferguson uprising riots. I also witnessed this mindset back in college. White student activists and other useful idiots from generally "priilged" backgrounds putting on their schtick about how they in "in solidarity" with their Brothers and Sisers in the ghettos and oppressed peoples anywhere, pretending to be "down for the struggle". I wish i had these phonies under surveillance during a typical Saturday night of partying. When the brewskis flowed and the doobies passed around, that's when these hypocrites let their, pardon the pun, TRUE COLORS show. In vino veritas.

That you have said has a short name - sociopathy. Some people are lazy and stupid to fit into a complex of positive values. They hates their culture for that reason but still feel need to belong somewhere. They are opting for subcultures which aren’t critical to laziness and stupidity and also at odds with their culture to both belong and revenge. Mass-’culture’ which says such a behavior is ‘cool’ actually a factor too.
