What you say is proof of racism. The actions of these peaceable teenage protesters, aka looting violent thugs, would not be tolerated in the better white neighborhoods. The police would crack down hard if it were white peaceable teenage protesters in a white neighborhood. The left hates black people and are therefore content to let their neighbor hoods burn. Just look at Robert Moses did to black inner cities.
Most municipalities hire cops on the basis of tests. For decades the libs have done everything in their power to help minorities get better grades but they still fall short. Now they’ve even resorting to relax criminal records to get more minorities. What does lowering the standards prove, you get lousy police service.
There's only 4% of the whole black voting bloc that could qualify as functioning humans or better. I strongly suspect that this 4%, given any chance at all, would run like Hell to get away from the other 96% of sub-human, destructive critters.
So where would these new black cops come from? From the hood? The gangs?
I see reading is not your strong suit.
It happened in Miami years ago... police were forced to hire lots of cops over a short period of time ... and for years afterwards they had trouble with cops who had 'authority issues' were bullies etc.
The stats on black cops killing more blacks is also true...
And the black community does have a chicken and egg problem with the police... Are police there because the crime is there? Yes. But are they also over-involved with the black community? Yes. They ARE over-involved. This is a complex issue....
I am as interested in what Ann Coulter has to say as I am in black police.
And that is not at all.
I live in one of the whitest of white cities. The city council decided to hire one black cop from out of town for diversity. He is a raging jerk, rude to everyone, and grossly unprofessional. Affirmative action is a recipe for disaster.
“As i recall, a few years ago LA, feeling a need to be more racially diversified, tried to hire more black officers. The [roblem wa the dearth of qualified applicants so the standards were ignored and essentially all black applicants were hired. The result was a force with ex felons and current felons acting feloniously. DC has had the same experience.”
This employment scam has been going on ever since Johnson’s Great Society Programs were implemented.

Title: Big Blue Hiring Spree
Author(s): C Mahtesian
Journal: Governing Volume:9 Issue:4 Dated:(January 1996) Pages:28-31
Date Published: 1996
Page Count: 4
Annotation: The public wants more police, and cities are responding by going on a hiring spree, but in some places the rush to put more officers on the street has brought corruption and racial strife.
Abstract: With the help of Federal subsidies provided by the Clinton administration’s 1994 crime bill, the number of police officers nationwide is expected to increase by more than 100,000 over the next 6 years. This effort has some potential problems, however. Too often a rush to put more officers on the street has significantly undermined the quality of individual police departments. Also, the attempt to meet the twin goals of hiring and diversity tends to widen racial divisions within a force.
Further, there is always the practical issue of whether more police correlates with less crime. Within law enforcement circles, any discussion of the hazards of “binge” hiring begins with the experiences of Miami and Washington, D.C. In an effort to hire more officers in a short period of time, both departments lowered admission standards, expedited or haphazardly completed background checks, and cut corners on training in order to meet hiring goals and timetables. Large numbers of unprepared rookies were thus rushed into service.
In both departments, the officers employed during periods of “binge” hiring were involved in criminal and corrupt behavior. In Houston, the faster the police department has moved to diversify its personnel, the more racially divided the police force has become. From the time a potential applicant first meets a Houston police recruiter to the time when that individual takes a test for promotion or higher rank, the officer becomes part of a race and gender-based bean- counting contest that has left the officers themselves splintered into a handful of different interest groups, ranging from the two most broadly constituted officer organizations, the Houston Police Officers Association and the Houston Police Protective Union, to smaller, ethnicity-based groups such as the white officers, the Afro-American Officers League, and the Organization of Spanish-Speaking Officers.
Although an increase in police personnel does increase public perceptions that the community is safer, this may bring more problems than the police agencies and the public expected, unless planning takes into account the speed with which hiring is done and the qualifications of the people selected.

The Miami River Cops Case
The most corrupt case in the history of the Miami Police Department.
May 20, 2009 By Carlos Miller in Miami: Local News
Because of this dramatic rise in crime and violence, the Miami Police Department went on a hiring spree, almost doubling the number of officers to meet the increasing demands of the city.
And in the process, they lowered their standards.
As a result, many of the new officers turned out to be criminals, including several who were convicted of ordering execution style murders.
And they became rich beyond their dreams, splurging for houses, sports cars, exotic vacations and mistresses.
By the time it was all over, more than 100 cops has been arrested, fired, suspended or reprimanded for corruption, coercion and cocaine rip-offs unveiled during the Miami River Cops investigation, including 20 who were convicted and sent to prison.

New York Times Defends Decision to Publish Street Name of Officer Darren Wilsons Home Heres Why
Nov. 25, 2014 9:10pm Oliver Darcy
The New York Times defended on Tuesday their decision to publish the street name of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilsons home, contending the information had already been reported on.
My post was about the average nondescript black person in Ferguson. Even if 60% of the people are black, they can't even scrape up 10% with a GED and a clean record that wants to be a cop.
