The first round of rioting was a surprise the police were not prepared for and couldn’t prevent. If rioting breaks out again after the grand jury decision is announced the only difference will be that the police will not be surprised.
I am afraid they will not be happy until they have beaten and/or killed their imaginary quota of non-blacks. (Not to blame all blacks, but it does appear a good many of them plan to riot.)
