She lied to her mother so she could have sex with her teacher, Keith Wyatt, the school districts attorney said in an interview with KPCC. She went to a motel in which she engaged in voluntary consensual sex with her teacher. Why shouldnt she be responsible for that?
W. Keith Wyatt

This is going to mess with the campus femnazis’ heads. There, if a drunk young boy takes advantage of an entirely voluntarily drunk young girl, it’s rape.

Anyway, teachers and students should draw the line.

The teacher was sent to prison. I don’t think it would be good to give the girl money for this though or you could create an incentive for other teens in the future.

This should give parents a whole lot of confidence about sending their kids to public school.

During the trial, Wyatt criticized the girl claiming the she was suing in order to get paid.
She wants to be paid for doing something that she knew was wrong, that she acknowledged was wrong, that she knew was from the beginning, Wyatt argued, according to KPCC.
She doesnt want therapy, she wants money. Thats what they are asking you for.
No that this should get the district off the hook completely but I'd wager that the above statement is 100% true.
The teacher went to jail (like he should have) but if was a homosexual man and a 14 year old boy the loony left would be making into an after school special celebrating tolerance.

If she's able to consent to a surgical procedure called abortion at 14 she's able to consent to sex at 14.
I don't agree with either. But the school's hypocrisy is ...well, not surprising in the least.
