He’s shown he’s a bold faced liar and he lies as easily as he breathes. I wonder what good it would do to have him testify before Congress. He’s just going to spew lie after lie with smugness and arrogance. He won’t give up Obama or any of the higher ups. He’d be hauled off to jail if necessary, and consider himself a martyr for the greater good.
He and his fellow progressives won this battle. The government tentacles now reach far into our health care system and it’s going to be nigh impossible to pull them back.
The lesson needs to be learned for the future.

Make an example of gruber. Show other liars that jail time awaits people that act like this.
Your approach is a defeatist one.
Usually ambiguous and overreaching contracts are construed against the drafter; but again, we are now talking legislation and the government. If this could be applied, it would invalidate thousands of laws.
