The Chinese and Russians are probably breathing a sigh of relief. They need fear no nation which selects such an imbecile as its leader. And they know that such a leader will select more imbeciles.
That and they’re all extreme security risks - easy to pump and blackmail. Heck, some dont even need to be pumped.
