Hmmmm. Let's see. Colleges and universities, I thought, were places of diverse ideas and the free exchange of positions. Maybe the defense will say the 16 year old wasn't enrolled in UCSB therefore isn't covered by those old fashioned rules. Even if she was inside a "free speech zone". Free speech zone? My idea of the "free speech zone" extends from the Atlantic ocean to the Pacific ocean and from the Canadian border to the Meh-eek-anne border and everywhere in between. Please do NOT settle this out of court.

She is a minority (rather limited at that) who got her degree(s) by diversity mandate - nothing more.

It’s not why she still has a job...it’s why she had a job at a university in the first place. If students wonder why their tuition is so high, it’s paying these “professors” with their worthless degrees in victim studies to babble on various and sundry college campi. The “professor” is more qualified to ask people if they want fries with their order. Maybe.
