Hahahahaha. They just bring in boxes of ballots for RATS when the race is close.
We did that in Illinois...then it was put into a scanner, and I have no idea how it tallied up my votes.
I live in Kansas and our precinct used paper ballots.

My state, CT also does paper ballots.
