And that was just one of several black murderers that he pardoned when he left office. It gets even worse when you read the back story. He went around to a bunch of black ministers and asked them what it would take to persuade them to bus their congregations to the polls to vote for him. Several replied that a member of their church happened t be in jail for murder, and they wanted him pardoned. So. . . .
That’s about the most damming thing I’ve ever read about a candidate. Certainly outdoes his predecessor in Little Rock in acts of morality, depravity.
