The job of a’’ Kleagle’’ is to recruit new members into ‘The Invisible Empire’’. I've often wondered why as a member of a domestic terrorist organization and hate group Byrd was never questioned by the FBI as to any knowledge or information he may have had about crimes committed against blacks or anyone else. Heck, I would think just being a member of such an organization would be an accomplice to any crime committed by such an organization.
