Water is not wet.

Wetness is the phenomenon of water applied to another surface.

The federal government has no constitutional authority for operating or regulating, not even funding elementary and secondary general education schools.
This meddling, leading eventually to control of even the smallest detail, stems from the creation of a federal Dept. of Education, Pres. Carter’s payoff to the teacher’s labor union (NEA) as demanded in return for the union’s financial support of Carter’s election campaign. From that has flowed the absolute screw-up of education, federal funds and bureaucrats doing what they do best, and it sure as he&*(%#@ isn’t educating children and youth.

My DIL took my grandson’s pictures and he had a gun in most of them.

BTW, he did well at the National Sporting Clay competition today in San Antonio, TX.
