Well, I have long said that in his dreams he actually fancies himself to be the 12th Imam, and believes that he will unite the Sunni and Shia to bring about the world islamic caliphate.

Will the country become a Caliphrat as the dhimmicraps would like it to be?

Elections have dire and long lasting consequences in America.

He has no ambitions to be Caliph. He is already Sultan. He lives and rules like one. The government is actually run by his Vizier while he plays, just as it was in the Ottoman Sultanate and the Mameluke and the rest. If the vizier in the old days displeased the sultan by losing a chunk of the empire or carving off a hunk for himself, the sultan was still supreme and had the offending vizier strangled or halved.

And the sultans have historically controlled the Caliphs, even while making show of deference to them. If the Caliph displeased the Sultan the Caliph would be strangled or smothered, discretely, of course.
