the ramifications ....are exploding....
a few years ago our hospital decided either for money reasons of sanitary conditions NOT to have toliet brushes in each of the patient rooms.....which means they really really expect us to reach in to hand clean toliet seats, or commodes with flimsy gloves....don’t ask about the housekeepers because they are territorial and will only do their assigned beds and never go a few extra steps to help other people.....
Who can blame them? The airlines would back out, but they’re afraid of retaliation from the Communist-in-Chief. Hard to blame them, too, but human life comes first.
Shut it down.
” ...a job that entails contact with a lot of faeces and vomit”
With that background the timing to switch careers couldn’t be better. Didn’t I read that Mary Landrieu was looking for a new campaign manager?
Good for them. Make this hurt the airlines until we have some reasonable protections in place.
It’s the airlines themselves who are putting pressure on politicians not to issue a travel ban. They want the $$$$, which is understandable, but there are larger issues to think about now.
I would bet flight attendants will be next.
The Obola Admin. is forcing unwilling potential victims of Ebola, whom they hold in so little regard, not only these poor people but everyone else in every step involved in this instance and now sending our vulnerable military.
This administration have zero consideration for anyone at all but least in their minds are "the little people!"
I wouldn’t stick around for 8 bucks an hour or whatever they get paid
For a change, I am 100% behind the whiners...they have a dirty job and they need more than just adequate equipment.
> they dont give us the appropriate tools to work with.
After 3 years on the job they get to use a brush. (line from Monty Python)
