Okay. You are driving to work one morning down the interstate. A smoked up kid comes running out in the traffic and confronts you in your speeding car. You hit him and kill him. Don’t forget to tell the cops it was all your fault.

If I swerve to hit him or don't at least try to miss him, I SHOULD be charged with homicide. Just like Tony should've. He never did explain why he was that high up the track under a caution.

He didn't get the nickname of "Smoke" because of his mild-mannered demeanor.

He probably didn't like some punk-ass local kid trying to show him up so he killed him.

Way to go Tony! I love you!

That actually happened to a friend of mine. He was driving home after working second shift at a factory. Some drunk guy had gotten into a scuffle with a second drunk guy, gotten the worst of it and ran away. He ran right in front of my friend’s car.

My friend never had a chance to stop. No charges were filed against him. He was very shaken for years about what happened.

But according to some on this board, he killed another man, so he’s an awful human being, I guess.
