I’m okay with an armed citizen shooting a cell phone thief, purse snatcher, or any other criminal stealing another person’s property in any state in which that shooting is legal, so long as the shot does not endanger decent people. I’m okay with any citizen tackling a cell phone thief to recover property, even if the fall might push the criminal in front of a moving car or otherwise produce serious injury or death. I have no sympathy for those who play stupid games and win stupid prizes.
