Not easy to find, but having looked for similar in on census.gov I was able to pull it up.
This is from the P12B SEX BY AGE (BLACK OR AFRICAN AMERICAN ALONE) 2010 SF1 100% Data file.
Interestingly, I noticed the two age cohorts shown alone were similar counts. What this shows is there are more black males per age in the younger ages. Not sure what to atribute this to. I don’t know enough about Wisconsin demographics. Wisconsin grew 6% from 2000 to 2010 so that would be a factor.
