mine is through my local credit union and iirc it is also $0 unlike when a debit card cleans out your funds, they are gone.Wells Fargo has $0 liability if loss/theft of your debit card is reported right away.
I had a checking account cleaned out by ATM use in Acapulco. TCF bank had the funds back into my account in two days.
