The problem is the judges who issue these warrants. They’re untouchable so they give less than a shite about the rights of commoners...and issue these warrants.

Exactly. Same with fine art. Nobody needs more than one piece. That way, if somebody steals your collection, you aren’t out much.

He will NEVER see His Firearms again (maybe as evidence against Him in court) 300lbs of Powder not a big deal.

Unless it’s Black Powder...

No not really. Gunpowder that is not restrained burns fast and hot but generally does not explode. It would have to be inside a restricted container before it goes boom. If stored within it’s original shipping container (made of plastic) it is far more likely to air pressure out the hot spot(s) of the container.

The stabber wife told the cops “he’s dangerous —he has TONS of guns…”

Hey cops LIKE GUNS —that was all they needed to hear.

“To protect the community” —my freaking a$$.

They wanted his loot, pure and simple.

Actually a 10 gallon can of gas can make a VERY nasty air/fuel bomb if mishandled just right. But you are correct, not much threat from the gunpowder.

Install a carpet safe.

In the basement in the corner of a room peel back the carpet, chip out the cement, Create a cement box below the house level,. put safe in there and you access it by peeling back the carpet, put some furniture OVER it...

All it takes is one person who knows about the existence, even if not the exact location,of this safe to tell the police and they’ll trash the house to find the guns.

Choose your spouse carefully for a bad or weak one can ruin your life in many ways.

I guess that a wounded 65 year old man is going to lift up and use a 6 foot gun safe (at least 300-500 lbs) as an offensive weapon. Throw it, maybe?

This case, if given enough publicity, could sink Donut Christie’s presidential plans.

I guess only the Mafia and gangbangers can have guns in NJ. Hmmm! Do I smell something rotten in Jersey, besides the fish and the bodies in the Pines?

We have the government that we deserve. Anyone who lives in one of these communist states deserves what happens when the police invade their homes.

I wonder if the police even found all of the guns this man has.

We can only hope.

This begs a question. With the gun registry, they should have already known what this house would have. Therefore, why would they feel the need to search the house?

Thank you.

I thought of this a few days ago. My uncle’s house was broken into. When the police came, they took the report, and the first question after that was if they have any guns in the house, and can we see them. It is as if the most important take away from a thing is, “WHERE ARE THE GUNS”.
