Obama:Extremist Ideology That's Taken Over GOP Balkanization of Media Has Blocked My Agenda
Breitbar - Big Government ^ | 8-10-2014 | Matthew Boyle

(snip) “What you’ve seen with our politics, partly because of gerrymandering, partly because of the Balkanization of media so people just watch what reinforces their deepest biases, partly because of big money in politics, is increasingly politicians are rewarded for taking the most extreme, maximalist positions,” Obama told the liberal Times columnist. “Sooner or later, that catches up with you. You end up not being able to move forward on things we need to move forward on. We need to reform our immigration system. That would be good not just for our domestic economy but for our position in the world. You travel around Latin America—nothing would more reinforce an admiration for the United States than us doing that. We need to rebuild our infrastructure. You go to the Singapore airport and then you come back to one of our airports and you say, huh? We’re not acting like a superpower.”

“It’s like going from the Jetsons to the Flintstones,” Friedman agreed.

“Exactly,” Obama concurred. ......

The backroom buyoff of RINOS is the one detail that makes voting for RINOS not a guaranty of Republican leadership in the Senate.

Just as primary voters (at least in some states) are supposed to vote for that party in the general election, any candidate who runs for elected office should not be permitted to change party affiliation (after the financial support of said party and straight ballot voting assistance) within some window of the general election.

Clown Prince nobama is a raving criminal degenerate whose fecklessness and self-adoration leave him being a major putz.

I was wondering what the Singapore airport had on American airports....

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/destinations/asia/singapore/11012874/Singapore-Airport-reveals-new-redesign-plans.html

Hmm....the Denver airport cost $1.7 billion - that airport in Singapore was only $1.47 billion.

Most divisive, partisan president I have seen in my lifetime. His idea of “work with me” is to give him every scintilla of everything he wants. He has never even hinted at wanting to compromise.

Anything to avoid admitting that maybe 50% of the country had him figured out all by ourselves.

And we had him figured out before he was appointed president the first time.

You mean the agenda to keep your own doctor, keep your own insurance, cut my premium 2500 dollars?
How about ending the Iraq war, which you won,and bringing home all our troops, the war is over!
You have really done a great job of stopping the tens of thousands of illegal aliens coming across the border, especially of sending thousands of automatic weapons to drug cartels to kill our border agents and innocent Mexican men, women and children, and your IRS agenda,WOW,what a rousing success!
I almost forgot Benghazi! You only had 4 casualties, great job on that agenda that those mindless conservatives are blocking

Yes, Mr. President, I know. And your party is funded by Gold-Eagle-farting unicorns. And you’re ever so patient with media outlets that don’t tell you what you want to hear.

The only think that has changed for me is the fact that my very faint hope that he would bring about an end to the race baiting was murdered almost immediately.

Boy was I way off on that. LOL

translation

the media refuses to adopt and sell my policies and act in unison like a de facto state media - 100% of them - so alternate views than mine can get as much traction as mine, and THAT”S WHY WE CAN’T MOVE FORWARD

with more than one opinion available from the media, it’s getting harder to be a dictator

partly because of big money in politics

Obozo the Clown in Chief is 1,000% obsessed with the Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission SCOTUS case. He has Reid and Schmuckie trying to amend the Constitution to impede free political speech.

Try using Ad Block Plus to block a lot of that.

I’m on a 56K dialup line and that Breitbart page took just 10 seconds to load. That’s really fast at 56K. Using ABP, I’ve tweaked the Breitbart site so it loads very fast for me.

I’ve done the same for other sites I visit frequently as well.

I’ve gotten some sites to load almost instantly by blocking their Cascading Style Sheets (.css files). True, the site is no longer all formatted up nice with all kinds of fancy stuff. But I’m not there for that. All I care about most times is just the text. The rest is just noise.

ABP is a winner.

Anything to avoid admitting that maybe 50% of the country had him figured out all by ourselves.

Just about from Day One. It took all of about 8 hours perusing freely available information - that was seemingly unavailable to the "professional" media - to figure this a$$hole out.

...and we were 90-95% correct. All without the help of the media.

Huh.
