I knew they were, because we don't isolate HIV patients and put everyone they come into contact with into quarantine. And the two doctors were probably doing everything they could to protect themselves and they still caught it

All depends on what you mean by bodily fluids. If I spit in your eye or mouth then I have transferred the disease GTMO prisoners and AIDS patients love this tactic. A sloppy wet kiss or being close enough to someones breath, last words could also be a killer.
