July 14, 2014 The Conservatives Who Deserve Blame for the Border Breakdown By John T. Bennett
The conservative commentators who advocated a path to citizenship after the 2012 election bear partial blame for the current wave of illegal immigrants from Central America. Many of those who advocated for amnesty following the 2012 election are now complaining that people indeed came expecting that amnesty. But there is also an unbelievably bad policy at the root of the problem.
The William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 is the awful piece of legislation that is allowing tens of thousands of illegal aliens to be released and remain in America while awaiting deportation hearings that we all know are a sham.
It is not ironic at all that that a law intended to combat human trafficking has facilitated human smuggling. It is not ironic because this is precisely the outcome we should expect from immigration policy designed by multicultural elites. Our inept and corrupt political class, with their utter disregard for our sovereignty, simply does not seem to care about the consequences of the laws they pass.

And now, Glenn Beck..
The EXEMPT RINO Princes:
"We gladly bring swine flu, tuberculosis, Ebola, cholera,
whooping cough, measles, scabies,
chicken pox, strep to all our states.
Why? In return our beloved King made us,
our staff and families EXEMPT. WE are EXEMPT.
"At the foundation of our civil liberties lies
the principle that denies to government officials
an exceptional position before the law and which
subjects them to the same rules of conduct
that are commands to the citizen."
Justice Louis D. Brandeis
None of the ones named in the headline are Conservative[s].
Conservatives?
Bang! Slam! Bump!! Especially fairey linda.
All of that are Statists.
If any of them call themselves Conservative they are lying.
Still, I would like to ask a question about the pro-amnesty people and their push to pass immigration reform that would give 11 million illegals a path to citizenship.
Here's my thinking: If the federal government cannot handle and process the 50 thousand to 200 thousand illegals flooding our southern border like in Texas, then how in the world is our government going to process 11 million illegals if the Senate immigration bill is ever passed?
Myself, I say that it would be an impossible task for our government to process smoothly all those 11,000,000 illegals already in this country.
So passing the Senate immigration bill giving 11 million illegals instant amnesty is wrong. It is not workable and would be a nightmare for years and years.
Your point is very well taken.
Indeed, it is said that it would be "impossible" to deport 11 million illegals.
But it will be just as "impossible" to efectively and accurately process all 11 million and put them on a path to citizenship.
Repeat Eisenhower's Operation Wetback. With the right incentives within 5 years most would self-deport.
A few incentives are:
It would require and President and a Congress who will IGNORE the anti-Constitutional black-robbed tyrannical traitors who call themselves judges.
Jefferson was correct when he stated that true tyranny would come from a Supreme Court that believes it is the final arbiter of Constitutional matters.
The very survival of our Republic depends on sealing our border and removing 10s of millions of anti-English and very anti-American cretins are who criminals for crossing our border ILLEGALLY.
1986 amnesty was about 60% fraudulent applications-approved-not enough resources to investigate, just used a rubber stamp. at least 1/10 the number of illegals as there is now
Indeed. Enforcing the law, providing an incentive to self-deport, emerges as the most practical alternative of the lot.
