During WW1 there were many tunnel dug on both sides, perhaps the Israelis' would dig one of their own, right under the Hamas Leadership tunnel and place a small explosive charge. It has worked before.

It would be a rather long tunnel to get to the hospital. A lightning strike with main battle tanks, APV’s and commandos would likely be a better solution. In and out in 30 minutes, in the middle of the night.
