Here are their names and ages ... Naftali Fraenkel, 16, Gil-ad Shaar, 16, and Eyal Yifrach, 19.

I think they were settlers, but I’m not sure. They don’t appear to be American.

Frenkel was an American citizen. The young men were students at a religious school. I don’t believe any of them were permanent residents there.
