...and because a “criminal” bought one, honest folks are now denied. Kind of reminds me of NFA 1934.
Crooks and gangsters were doing each other in with machine guns, so why not deny honest folks the ability to do in gangsters. We the congress will just make it difficult for law abiding citizens to have unimpeded access to the weapon that was sure to assist in the demise of gangsters having already proven it’s value in that respect on Valentine’s day.
