The whole "Chicken" theme shows up on FR often. What is it with crazy liberals (usually women) and chickens?

The Tyson chicken people are big Dem supporters and friends of the Clintons but that doesn’t help them avoid attacks from animal rights groups for the way they raise chickens.
What I think is going on is that the Red Light Camera companies aren't making near the money they wanted. I guess they thought they would end up with hundreds of cameras in this county but got only a relative handful. Therefore I suspect they are padding the fines. I am going to claim my fine was in "error" (although I suspect padding) and see if I can get it tossed on that basis. After all I didn't have the opportunity to send the CORRECT payment via mail. It was either pay the INCORRECT fine or go to court.

However, we have a constitutional right to confront our accusers.
I’m not a lawyer, so this isn’t legal advice, but I would plead not guilty and request that the judge produce someone who saw me commit the crime.
He would probably say that the photo is evidence enough, and I would reply that the chain of custody is suspect.
When he shot that down, I would say that man-made junk is subject to error, and so the phantom accuser cannot say that the photo was not taken while the light was green.

Then I’d go join one of the class action suits seeking to have these Orwellian devices removed.
