My Mrs. decreed that anytime his mug appeared on our television screen, the channel would be changed or the set would be turned off. You wouldn’t believe how much her simple decree has lowered the level of tension and stress in our household.

One of my daughters asked me the other day if I was okay after she'd heard a retching sound coming from the den. Before I could answer, my other daughter said - "It's okay. She must've just seen Obama"
She was right.

Interesting. I have used the same approach with most of the Dims on TV. I simply cannot watch them. The mendacity they exude makes me feel mildly ill.
