I wonder if any Iraqi units are fighting to the death, or better yet, fighting and trying to organize, consolidate and link up?
There must be Captains and Colonels sprinkled through their Army that have a grip on their units.

When you can’t protect the families and homes of your officers, you quickly cease to be an effective fighting force. Such is the situation there. They’re going to need to reassemble in defensible areas of single ethnic, tribal, and religious groups, then you’ll see them fighting. Sadr City will stand, so will the Kurdish areas.
