Attacking the tax exempt status of the Church will not work.

The Church is under no obligation to take on the values of the State, and the State can not demand that they do, because that WOULD be a direct violation of the Establishment clause.

.

Larry,

With (genuinely) all due respect, you don't understand the "Federal Contractor" status of IRS 5601-C3 tax-exempt churches.

Point-A : IRS 501-C3 has been recogized by the US Supreme Court as a "contract"

Point-B : IRS 501-C3 is issued by the Federal Government, and is hence a "federal contract"

Point-C : Church "secular corporations" that accept the Terms & Conditions of IRS 501-C3 as hence "Federal Contractors"

Point-D : All "secular corporations" that accept the Terms & Conditions of U.S. Government Federal Contractors MUST OBEY the Government's WISHES

Take a look at the video link I posted (above) ...

THEN DOWNLOAD (free from the IRS) "Pamplet P1828" ... to discover the FULL "terms and conditions" of church tax-exempt status.

I'm discussing a TRUTH that's VERY difficult to accept ...

And ANY pastor or "Christian Lawyer" who says that church tax-exempt status is a "free gift" from Uncle Sam is an "Obama-Clinton LIAR" ...

Best Regards,

Patton-at-Bastogne

Ah, but here's the kicker: it won't be congress doing it, but the Burearchy.

You see literal words and "the spirit" matter only when they line up with the Agenda.
