While people are free to vent outraged fury at Joe Wurzelbacher, aka Joe “The Plumber” for the way he expressed himself to the parents of students slain by the Isla Vista killer after one blamed the NRA for the murders, that in itself does not warrant actual threats of violence against the man, with or without a gun.
While vile, even the ugliest of death wishes, including those directed at Wurzelbacher’s family members, probably do not rise to the level of actionable threats. But at least one posted on his Joe for America website does, linked here with advance warning that those offended by foul language should not click on this link to see for themselves.

You described the exact reason why I cut off liberal relatives and will never speak to them again. I tried to have civil discussions and was called vile names. So, I told them I didn’t want to talk about it but they just wouldn’t shut up. You know they’re nuts when a man calls his own father vile names because he disagrees with Obama.
We conservatives need to quit whining like little bitches. We believe in the 2nd Amendment, and we believe in kicking ass.
Instead, just look them in the eye, don't blink and tell them if they don't like you having guns, come take 'em. Yeah, they'll call you all sorts of names, but they do already. Dare them to take your guns.

Joe was correct in his general assessments, but I really think the piece he wrote was needless provocation. Of course, Joe, may have purposely kicked the hornet’s nest for the attention and notoriety, like a Matador, the way Ann Coulter does during a campaign year.
Got to remember that liberals talk and do just that..............TALK and nothing more. Empty words for them.
Hope the threatmaker shows up on Wurzelbacher’s doorstep, bangs on his door screaming curses, and gets his head blown off.
