JEN PSAKI: I would argue the president doesn't give himself enough credit for what he's done around the world. And that's how the secretary feels too. We would not be engaged in comprehensive negotiations with Iran, which is where the program is stalled, and is rolling back, if it were not for the role of the United States, along with the P-5 +1 partners certainly. In Ukraine, we've been engaged more or as much as any other country in the world in supporting the elections process, supporting the government, and supporting efforts moving forward. Yes, there's more work that needs to be done, the point is we need to continue to stay at it.
REPORTER: Is this a potential mission accomplished statement?
PSAKI: Absolutely not.
MATT LEE: You would argue the president doesn't give himself enough credit, how much credit would you give him?
PSAKI: I would give him more than he has given himself. So would the secretary.
LEE: Like 200 percent credit? For what? Iran negotiations?
PSAKI: I mean...
REPORTER: What specifically are you saying he doesn't get enough credit for?
PSAKI: For engagement in issues like Iran, what we've done on Ukraine. Efforts to dive in and engage in the world....

“Teacher, I tried REAL HARD. I deserve an “A” for trying.”
“Sorry, Johnny, I only reward results, not effort.”
Seems Obozo didn’t learn that simple life lesson growing up in Indonesia with a tranny nanny after being abandoned by father as a babe.
Actually, I don’t think Obastard has learned a thing in his entire life.
What kind of drugs are these people on? Engaging the world? What kind of bull crap is that? If I lie to my wife, cheat on her, blow our money, get in debt, break the law, and piss on my friends do I get points for engagement?

It’s almost like reading a press release from the NORKs:
“Today in human voices birds in the trees encouraged Kim Jong-il to take more credit for his dazzling smile.”
If he patted himself on the back anymore Reggie would become concussed.
the entire exchange is hysterical... he is a self-promoting toad, and they all know it...
I guess Barack needs to buy an ‘engagement’ ring for the whole world.
They were clearly laughing at her in the tiny bits that showed the reporters. I wish we could have seen the reporters instead of her.
OH, balls, not not not Miss Jen P-sucky again. Gawd!
The one thing tyrants can’t stand is ridicule, particularly a flattery-craving narcissist like Obama. Both Kerry and his press secretary are gushing over him like shameless sycophants, and that’s no coincidence.
The pained look on her face was priceless
How in the world did our universities get to where they produce such dolts?
He don’t need any credit. He pays for everything with OUR money.
Softball all the way including the smiles and subdued, non-aggressive tone. Nothing like Bush would have been subjected to.

In other words, Obama deserves extra credit for being “present” as a bystander to world events
Seems Obama has made a career of being or voting “present”
Back in the days of Nixon and Kissinger we coined the phrase “shuttle diplomacy” , under the Obama Administration we get to coin the new phrase in foreign policy, “bystander diplomacy” .
Let's give President Obama, and Hillary Clinton and John Kerry as well, a huge round of applause for their constant and tireless pursuit of aggressive bystander diplomacy.
Ceaselessly traveling across the globe to the worlds diplomatic hot spots and flash points in Air Force One and Air Force Two, staying in the nicest rooms of the worlds finest Four Star Hotels and dining on room service delivered gourmet meals and premium booze with the oh so noble goal of “being there” to demonstrate America's new found restraint and humility on the world stage .
Leading from behind to allow the Muslim Brotherhood, Iranian Mullahs , assorted tin pot dictators, The UN , NGOs, ultra wealthy transnational shadow interests, drug cartels , terrorist splinter groups and the maître d’ of the Benghazi Hilton take the lead in setting and pursuing American foreign policy goals that punish Allies and reward and enable the Worlds enemies and then resolutely stepping up to the plate with American foreign aid dollars and military support to achieve those goals is indeed a fundamental change in American Foreign Policy
Lets give credit where credit is due
Only Nixon and Kissinger could go to China to open the country and thus invent shuttle diplomacy . Only Obama, Kerry and Clinton could go everywhere to do nothing and thus invent bystander diplomacy and the concept of leading from behind
Simple, well crafted questions asking for clarfiication are devastating.
I wish our side were better at it.
