The law states there is very little you can do if a person is seeing a psychiatrist for years...the laws are very limiting with good reason. there are many, many , many RED flags every day. We are very limited in what we can do. Just because a person sees a psychiatrist and rants we have no legal reason to confiscate their guns.
Besides, creating more restrictions on gun ownership will do nothing to someone who wants to get a gun..one way or another. we pay a very high price for our freedoms ...I am not willing to go down the road to more and more gun confiscation and limiting our rights so we can avoid these shooters who will get their guns one way or another. this guy also murdered three people with knives and one with a car.
We’ve got a LOT of mentally ill men and women. Short of comitting them all we still have this situation.

is at least something, and some time to possibly prevent the situation that happened!!!! A 15 minute wellness visit what the hell is that!!!!!
