Actually authorities should have PUT HIM ON A PSYCH HOLD, which
was requested by ALL who were VERY CONCERNED!!!!! He purchased
the firearms legally, it is NOT about the legal purchase of the firearms it
is about the TIMING of the purchase and the WARNINGS from people
close to him!!!! How do YOU suggest we stop these REPEATED mass
shootings!!!!! THEY WANT TO TAKE AWAY OUR RIGHT TO BEAR
ARMS, yet when ALL the RED FLAGS are in PLAIN VIEW they choose
to do NOTHING, I guess you CHOOSE to do NOTHING also!!!!!
FYI—a psych hold only lasts at most 72 hours and you can only comitt someone for that if they are actively suicidal or homocidal at the time. they will be released shortly.
I would suggest you read up on how we deal with mentally ill citizens and what the law actually states and what the limits and the legal rights of the mentally ill.
