It is apparently a very old pic and it has been debunked here as a pic of Stevens dozens of times.

The pic is posted on this page on June 9th 2012. How is that possible?

The pic is posted on this page on August 24th 2009. How is that possible?

If you research it you will find that the pic is attributed to the Argentinian military from some time in the '80s.
