LEO’s need to learn some fear before this will stop. A few of them need to fail to go home after their shift.

They need to be drug tested. Especially for ‘roids.

In a just country, there would be MANDITORY drug and alcohol testing of any officer involved in a lethal encounter with the public.

A locomotive engineer or bus driver shouldn't have stricter rules than a cop!

Maybe some of his fellow vets will decide it’s time to go hunting.

Bingo! We have a winner!

The gym I go to offers a special rate (near free) for LEOs.
If I were to guess, I'd say somewhere around 70-80% of the ones I see there show obvious sign of steroid abuse, not just in physical appearance, but in attitude.

I guess my question to the 4th and 5th officers that joined in on this melee would be:

Why did you feel it was necessary to attack the civilian, when there were three officers who were already whaling on the guy?

Unless this vet was 6’10” and 450 pounds, if three officers could not subdue the person and secure him with handcuffs, then there might be a failure in the training program on how to affect an arrest.
