Let me ask you this. Do you assign any damage at all to building 7 due to it's two giant neighbors crashing down next it it? If you do admit that damage could take place because of the adjacent buildings crashing below it's foundation, how much damage do you think building 7 took? Just a few broken window panes?

For 50% of your physics grade, answer this question: what is the difference between a building toppling over from a destabilized foundation, and a building dropping down straight into its own footprint at a speed equal to gravitational acceleration without resistance?

I have taken and passed 8 hours of engineering physics while in college, but I usually answer these 'truther' type questions by referring to space aliens. That's right, space aliens committed 911. Blaming it on space aliens gives one the freedom to let go of rational thought, common sense, and street smarts. Space aliens can crash a building at the speed of light, not just normal gravitational forces absent of resistance. No need to explain it, space aliens have technology beyond our understanding.
