The drug has been decriminalized in a number of states and legalized in Colorado and Washington. Rubio said federal law drug laws should be enforced there.

Thanks for letting us know you'll walk all over the Tenth Amendment, ass.

News flash Rubio, I don’t like alcohol but you don’t see me calling for prohibition. That’s a real conservative stance.

Where does it say in that in the Conservative bible...

I’m in a small minority here, but I trust Rubio more than the others who are classified as RINOs.

What Rubio did on amnesty destroyed any trust I had. I expect liberals to lie to my face but not Conservatives. Its gonna take a lot before I fully trust Rubio again tho I do like how he handled this issue.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

You want prohibition, get an amendment delegating that authority to Congress.

Does this say Congress can’t regulate drugs? It was Congress which ended prohibition but not its involvement of regulating alcohol.

In case you didn’t know, alcohol is still regulated by the feds. Ending prohibition didn’t end the feds involvement in regulation of alcoholic products.

Does this say Congress can’t regulate drugs?

It means that fedgov is to confine itself to foreign and interstate regulation of pot. Intrastate regulation is reserved to the states.

Agree?

that's your interpretation.

Curious, would your anti-prohibition sentiments cover cocain, lsd and meth? How about abortion? or Federal homicide statutes?
