The only way to keep schools safe from predatory animals is to prevent them from entering the premises.

Here, in small town Oregon, a registered sex offender was caught by observant school personnel wandering the halls of the high school. The guy, 31 years old was carrying a “rape kit” (duct tape, bleach, etc.). Our town has also seen murders, attempted murders, armed robbery, drug activity and a bank robbery all in the space of the last six weeks.
Since so many of the log mills and logging has gone out of business thanks to “environmental” concerns, violent crime and meth trafficking is going crazy. Roving bands of homeless make certain parks and the downtown spooky day and night. There is always the drug abused dead body found in the bushes.
Amen...if you’re a behavioral problem it’s not up to the public’s good nature and lavish spending to give you free babysitting and/or a minimum security prison staffed by nervous females and emasculated males.
PS - why is false imprisonment always tossed on the pile of charges? I know what the law says but is anyone ever convicted of it?
