Yeah, Goobernur Devil Patrick replace the head of the Department of Children and Families with a person from the Registry of Motor Vehicles. That is almost an equation in Massghanistan DCF = RMV.
Look for no changes at all in either the DCF or the RMV.
I had to listen to 5 minutes and 20 seconds of glen beck, who I don’t like read what I already read. The nurse does not speak.
Here in Connecticut I have not heard of Gov Malloy doing anything at all for this poor girl. I’ve e-mailed him about this case and have not even gotten a reply.

Massachusetts Health Official: Justina Pelletier Should Return to Home State As Soon As Possible
Meanwhile, Human Events reported on Monday that a Boston psychiatric nurse who cares for Justina filed a mandated reporter complaint against Boston Children’s Hospital. In the written complaint to Department of Children & Families Commissioner Olga Roche, Kathleen T. Higgins, R.N. alleges state authorities have unlawfully imprisoned Justina for 14 months. On radio this morning, Glenn read through portions of the letter.

It has been my experience that emails are readily disregarded. OTOH, a typed letter in perfect English delivered by the Postal Service usually gets attention since the recipients figure that the author is a thoughtful person who has taken the time to write a reasoned letter with some thought in it, as opposed to a dashed-out email. Try it.
Most states have some for of open documents law, and usualy the crats are responsible - therefore letters and FAX communication gets more attention.
Can we say “notification” and “proper procedures”, MS DMV Person?

Concur. The state of Mass is killing that child. The people involved should be held accountable. That is criminal charges.
No the lady who just resigned was the one who was the DMV expert.....moved to dept of children and family services....obviously the same thing /s
Agree. However, you are still trying to communicate with a bureaucrat. I have found the biggest response comes from phone calls directly to the highest person you can reach at a big-city newspaper, followed by a letter to the editor. Reporters/editors are proud of their state and don't like bad publicity.

If I'm correct in my belief that doesn't bode well...AT ALL...for this young girl.
