One of the movie channels, HBO or Showtime is running a documentary that portrays the downfall of Qaddafi as a good thing. They gloss over the changes he made and claimed he would have committed more acts of terror if he lived. It portrays Libya as better off with Qaddafi gone. I know Qaddafi was scum but he was scum we could control. He needed the West to survive.
