As long as both Houses of Congress send Obama bills to sign into law, the Senate confirms his nominees (many of the 237 federal judges appointed by Obama have been confirned unanimously), the Supreme Court upholds his policy initiatives as Constitutional and the Stock Market remains in record high territory (the people with the money, power, and influence aren’t making those calls to judges and Congress to have him removed), Obama will remain untouchable.
