Wouldn’t it be grand to see Cummings go from IRS hearing committee participant, to IRS hearing subject of inquiry? He should be charged with crimes for receiving information from Lois Lerner while chairman of IRS scandal hearings.

The easy thing I can't understand about Congress is, who in the IRS can call the FBI on someone? How about the BATF? EPA, OSHA? Can you imagine a Middle level bureaucrat picking up the phone ans siccing the BATF on someone they audited?

Why not just call the BATF guy that was sent there and ask them under oath who sent them? With the FBI being in on it, they are doubtful to do any kind of investigation. With the BATF, EPA, and OSHA all paying a visit, probably one of them will give up their boss that OK'd the trip to Houston to harass this lady. Surely there is a paper trail for the airlines with someone signing off on the plane tickets. I bet in 30 minutes I could get 30 names to call before the committee under oath. They would all know that they are in jeopardy of perjury with their gubmint pension on the line.

The "little" people will give these guys up so quick your head would spin. At some point Learner would have to give up her boss or go down herself and no immunity would be needed.

I blame the Repubs for being stuck on stupid. If Lois thinks she's safe, then go around her. What would a detective do?

This persecution of Catherine Engelbrecht and "True the Vote" by Obama's IRS and congressional 'Rats offers very convincing evidence that cheating and fraud in the electoral process are an important part of Democrat campaign strategy (and have been for years). Needless to say, the 'rats are scared like hell about the potential "damage" groups like "True the Vote" can do their prospects at the polls.

Yet the 'Rats still lie blatantly by claiming that election fraud is no problem. Furthermore, their MSM lackeys repeat that mantra and brainwash their audiences into thinking that there is hardly any problem with the integrity of the American election system, then build on that lie by contending that reasonable attempts to clean up the election process (such as the popular photo voter ID requirement) are "racist."

Engelbrecht should sue Cummings. Its clear from the emails he colluded with the IRS to suppress her Constitutional rights.

Darn shame Boehner isn’t seeking to sanction Cummings. The Dems had no problem denouncing Rush Limbaugh and he did nothing wrong.

I'd be almost certain that all three (and more) were in contact with each other during the harassment and persecution of Ms. Engelbrecht and "True the Vote."
