That may be the way you see it, but the truth is that not once did anyone in his administration fight back against the lies and exaggerations that were being told. They just let the lies lay there without being refuted. That is what led to the filthy democrat ascendancy.

There is also the fact that Bush kept Chaney on as VP knowing that he wouldn't run for president when his term was up and would leave no heir apparent and would leave the race wide open.

Another false argument! Based on the eight years of negative assault on Bush and the GOP, the crash of the stock market, and a new black kid in town who was destined to be the new messiah, there is no way any Republican, even if it was Jesus Christ himself, could have been elected in 2008………..
