It's just un-American to boot the guy for respectfully participating in politics. It's not even as if he was outspoken, he just made a donation to help preserve traditional marriage.

They should re-hire the guy just to tweak people.

And I thought he should have been kicked out a long time ago since he invented "JavaScript" !

Let this be a lesson to companies. When you have a situation which enrages the Left, doing something drastic to appease them will just mean that the Right is pissed off at you TOO.

Just shows that liberals are hateful and intolerant. I’d like to see Eich start a new company.

Amazing, people also gave in support of so-called same sex unions.

Not that they will care, but I uninstalled Firefox on my computer today.

The guy should sue Mozilla’s sore butt.

What browser are you using? Lately I have been using Chrome, not thrilled with having Google so far up my behind but Firefox had been acting up since somewhere around version 26 something, locking up my system and continued off and on into version 28.

The mistake they make is thinking a vocal minority of drama queens and their hetero kiss-up friends are the only ones that use web browsers.
Firefox is permanently uninstalled for me.

Isn’t Google at least as “gay” as Mozilla?

What technical company isn’t “gay”?
Apple? Microsoft? Oracle? Amazon?

Sad thing is, there would have been no problem if he had supported homosexual marriage. Is the meme now traditional marriage = bad, homo marriage = good? Mozilla’s statement claimed they are all about being inclusive. I guess unless you are traditional, in which case you are excluded.

I quit upgrading FF at version 15. Between versions 7 and 15, nearly every update either lost add-ons or caused a conflicts. Adobe Flash and PDF have had recurring problems with FF.
I have stopped upgrading most software, including Win 7, Java, and a few others, because every new upgrade seemed to create more conflicts than they resolved.
