There are 40 seats in the California State Senate. The rats have a little over two thirds of those seats. Two are under indictment and one has been convicted and is awaiting sentencing. All three are affirmative action types and all three are DEMOCRATS. According to my math that is a significant percentage of the total number of rats in the state senate.
That always gets me. If my company were to suspend me with pay I would drag out the proceedings for as long as possible. If they want to do the "innocent until proven guilty" thing they ought to at least hold on to their pay until found innocent.
Well it's not so much of a suspension as a vacation, baby steps, baby steps.
so these guys have not been found guilty so they keep getting paid but the fascist police forces can bust a guy for possession and take everything he owns before he is found quilty.

if these STDs are found guilty, on top of whatever light fine and sentence they get, they should have to pay back to the taxpayer all the salary from the time they were arrested.
