The U.S. had Universal Health Care and has had it for several decades at least. The fact is Insurance is not health care. Anybody can go to a hospital and be treated in this country. The Bitch Obama ought to know that his wife was head of the department that shuffled people without insurance out of her Chicago hospital and into the welfare hospital. She was paid over $300K a year to do the job.
