For Democrats Obamacare is the train wreck that keeps getting worse. For Republicans, its the gift that keeps on giving. Obamacare premiums are expected to nearly double later this year. Keep in mind premiums already rose 50-400% compared to the old junk policies people had and liked before Obamacare. A massive price increase latter this year will more or less collapse Obamacare. We might know more about Obamacare enrollment in the next few weeks, though while the administration claims 5 million have signed up they claim not to know how many have paid. If you havent paid, you arent covered. The enrollment figures suggest the young arent signing up.

Sounds like we’ll have to sell the house next year, just to keep our health insurance. If you like your house, you can’t keep your house.
All this for a damn fag (Obama)
An insane scramble by the perps of Obamacare to save this crumbling disaster upon Americans.
Hard to fathom that we have become so cynical about our state of affairs that we consider the destruction of the best healthcare in the world "a gift."
It looks like this is linking to your own blog? And you are pretty new to FR? Do you understand that it is really not too popular on FR to excerpt from your own blog. FYI

Leo is off to a bad start around here.
Obamacare is on it’s death bed pull the plug it’s brain dead.
you can get a hardship waiver. those that lose insurance can get a waiver til 2016 on the mandate to buy insurance. you just have to claim it’s a hardship. no hard proof.
And here is the really sad thing FRiends... once the genie is out of the bottle it never goes back in. Repeal this mess and prices will not soon go back down. In fact, we are stuck with the wreckage this administration is making for decades to come if not until our collapse.
As a result of this bastard’s meddling with our nation we are stuck with the disaster and high costs of everything. Prices never go back down until you reintroduce competition and choice. When you do reintroduce these elements it takes a long time for the adjustments to take place.
Fundamental reform of our health care system is needed. Choice, competition and cross state line sales of insurance are required.
It is amazing, we spend 1/6 of our economy on the medical industrial complex and yet our life span is not substantially different from a bucket of countries that includes Mexico. Why do we do this? Why does it cost so much? Why should it cost so much?

shouldn’t Freepers be supporting any conservative website, as we need as many knife twists as possible in the side of the propaganda the MSM spews with a louder voice than most conservative websites can hope to achieve? not meaning to take away from the major role the Free Republic plays in trumpeting a conservative viewpoint, of course.
You deserve a standing O for that one. :-)
Should we provide free advertising for blogs that simply
rip off MSM material and expect to be paid for it?
How about we start paying the people who write vanity threads, too?
Already paying 150% of my house payment on insurance premiums - then learned my private plan is being cancelled and I have to go with one compliant with ZeroCare. Cheapest one even close to the same coverage will be 250%, and an out of pocket raised several thousand.
Even the idiots who voted for Zero have to be seeing the disaster - too bad they wouldn’t wake up before the last election.
- One company, located in a swing state, expects to triple its premiums next year (”If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor - unless I decide you will be better off if you cannot keep your doctor”) Period!
The problem with the magic waiver is those insurance policies that got cancelled no longer exist.
certainly.
but you can at least with the waiver, not have to pay for a crap obamacare plan that has huge premiums, huge deductibles, for less coverage. You basically don’t have to not only lose your insurance but pay for other folks’ via massive premiums and less coverage.
My suggestion would be to get into one of the three obamacare-exempt Christian Health Sharing ministry plans and you will fare far, far better overall.
Wouldn’t many notices of 2015 premiums go out in the last couple weeks of October - days before the midterm elections?
